The smell of smoke inside the Mormon Church of Latter Day Saints in Vestal caused a late change to the voting location for District 19. Voting was changed to the Jewish Community Center on Clubhouse road. The incident occurred about 3:30PM. Firefighters were working to determine the cause of the smoke.
