The Vestal Police Department made two arrests following a ‘burglary in progress’ call on Gates Road. 29-year-old Albert Waldron and 33-year-old Jose Ortiz, both of Johnson City, were charged with felony burglary. They were arraqined in the Village of Johnson City Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail.
