Vestal Police made four arrests after an investigation into a prostitution ring. 38-year-old Heather Delaney of Port Crane, 22-year-old Shannon Gent of Endicott, and 25-year-old Ashley Scoop of Binghamton were all charged with prostitution, and sent to the Broome County Jail. 34-year-old Aung Soe of Ithaca was charged with patronizing a prostitute, and he was released on bail pending future court proceedings. The arrests were made Thursday in the Town of Vestal.
