The Boys and Girls Club of Western Broome is receiving some much-needed funding for major repairs to their Endicott facility.Senator Fred Akshar joined children and staff to announce a $100,000 state grant. The money will be used to repair a leaking roof, along with purchasing a security system and upgrading the pool.More than 3,000 children and up to 1,500 adults use the facility each year.
