A West Corners couple has been accused of running a meth lab yesterday. The bust was the result of an investigation into one resident on May Street allegedly stealing power from the home behind it on Zeggert Road. A Broome County Sheriff’s Deputy reported that while following the electrical cord to the May Street home, a meth lab was discovered through an open window. The Special Investigations Unit, and State Police, raided the house and allegedly found five fluid ounces of methamphetamine oil, packaged heroin and an indoor marijuana growing operation. Police arrested Peter and Michelle Drossos, and charged them with various drug crimes. Drug activity had been suspected at that house for the past three years.
