A woman from Johnson City has been arrested for stealing over $7,500 from a local fire department. 48-year-old Laura Landers was the treasurer of the Nanticoke Fire Department from 2012 to 2014. During that time, she is said to have taken $7,779 dollars. She was arraigned in the Town of Conklin Court and released to appear back in court at a later date.
