Andrew Hafer has been announced as Tioga Opportunities, Inc. Director of the Department of Community Services effective this past Monday. His many activities will include the operation and scheduling of the Countryside Community Center; coordinating and funding partner emergency food pantries and soup kitchens, and being involved with numerous other projects. Andrew has been employed by Tioga Opportunities, Inc. since 2007.
