No one was injured, but an Owego-Apalachin School District bus was left with some minor damage after an accident in Apalachin yesterday. Around 7am, the district says a bus was stopped to pick up a student in the area of 108 Main Street when it was struck by a ladder that was attached to the top of a pickup truck that was backing up at the same time. The side of the bus was left with a dent and some scratches, but the students inside the bus were not harmed. The Apalachin Fire Department and law enforcement were called to the scene. The driver of the truck has not been identified.
