Early Monday morning, the New York State Police received a report of a burglary in progress at a home on North McKinley in the Town of Union. When police arrived the burglars had left, but received a description of their vehicle. A vehicle matching the description was stopped on North Rogers Avenue and it was determined that the three men in the vehicle had burglarized the home; two of the men had stolen property from a parked car on North Rogers. The three men were charged with felony Burglary and misdemeanor Petit Larceny. Arrested were 20-year-old Alfred Irish Jr. of Endicott, 20-year-old Vincent Pitts of Vestal, and 20-year-old Anthony Bennett of Apalachin. The men were arraigned in Town of Union Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail. No bail has been set.
