Tioga County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a Barton man. 26-year-old Joshua Vanderpool of Old Barton Road was arrested on Friday and charged with Harassment according to a press release. This charge resulted from a domestic incident where Vanderpool allegedly punched the victim several times in the head. Vanderpool was arraigned in Town of Barton Court, and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $2,000 bail.
