The Tioga County man accused of beating and running over another man in a church parking lot in Candor last year has pleaded guilty to several charges. 22-year-old Jordan Stevens of Candor has pleaded guilty to seven counts in Tioga County Court, including second-degree attempted murder. Stevens punched and choked Justin Wilcox in the parking lot of the Fairfield United Methodist Church in Candor on May 22, and then drove over the man with his car. Wilcox survived the incident. Stevens will be sentenced in April.
