Two Candor teens are being charged with criminal trespass and falsely reporting an incident after they are accused of entering the Candor High School without permission and pulling the fire alarm. The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrests of 19-year-old Jonathan Lipka and 18-year-old Dylan Rogers. Both were issued appearance tickets following their arrest.
