The Tioga County Sheriff’s department has made an arrest in several thefts that took place in the Town of Candor. 18-year-old Justin Fenton of Ithaca was charged last week with two counts of felony fourth-degree grand larceny and with trespass in connection with the thefts. Fenton was arraigned in Town of Candor Court and sent to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. He’s scheduled for a court date in February.
