A Candor man has been charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Petit Larceny, and Trespass following a larceny investigation by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Department. Fifty-year-old Dennis A. Contri of Candor has been arraigned in Town of Newark Court and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail with bail set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Candor Court in mid October.
