A head-on two-car accident with injuries was reported at 1299 Owego Road this morning, between the Tioga County Highway Department and Bostwick Auctions on Route 96 in Catatonk. The road was blocked off and a helicopter was called in to transport someone from the scene with unknown injuries. The road was reopened around 8:45am.
