A Dryden man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for the murder of a UPS driver from Candor. Justin Barkley shot 52-year-old William Schumacher in the parking lot of the Ithaca Walmart. When apprehended, Barkley claimed that he had shot Donald Trump. A psychiatric evaluation found he was competent to stand trial.
