A pretend zombie apocalypse took over Candor. Turkey Trot Acres played host to The Zombie Fest Saturday night. The festival raised awareness and money for Candor’s new farmer’s market. The market opened about three weeks ago. It’s open Thursdays from 3 to 7 pm.
The festival ran until 8 p.m. People could head into the woods to help rid it of the “living dead” or enjoy a “Zom-B-Q.” Live music was provided by The Guilty.
