Closing arguments will begin this morning at 9:15 in the third Cal Harris murder trial. Court was adjourned immediately yesterday morning after Schoharie County Judge George Bartlett informed the jury and attorneys that a juror’s uncle passed away. Bartlett apologized for the delay but assured jurors summations would begin this morning. He also confirmed the defense would not be calling any rebuttal witnesses.
