A Fire in Newark Valley last night caused significant damage to a residence, and also displaced two individuals. Though an official cause of the fire has not yet been determined, the fire is believed to have started in the living room of the home on Newark Valley Maine Road. The Newark Valley Fire Department, Maine Fire Department and Maine Ambulance all responded to the call.
