Tioga County Board of Elections will host a Campaign Finance Seminar sponsored by the New York State Board of Elections from 9am to noon at the county Office Building on Main Street in Owego. The date is Wednesday, May 17. The local board of elections points to elected officials, including county, town and village clerks, members of all legislative bodies, the heads of all municipalities and potential candidates as people who would benefit from this seminar. To register for this seminar or to check for alternative dates, go online to elections.ny.gov for information. There’s no charge for the seminar.
