Who touched Michele Harris’ van, was the focus of the majority of testimony yesterday in the third Cal Harris murder trial. For the fourth day, New York State Police Senior Investigator Steven Andersen was on the stand, this time testifying about latent fingerprints. Andersen testified he found multiple latent fingerprints while examining Michele’s van on Sept. 12, 2001 and Sept. 13, 2001. The jury was dismissed just before 3 p.m. yesterday. Testimony will resume at 1 pm today with Dr. Henry Lee, a forensic blood analyst from Connecticut.
