The Owego Harford Railroad will receive state funds to rehabilitate their rail yard and make improvements to their tracks. The Tioga County Industrial Development Agency received a state grant late last week, which will be used to cover 70 percent or $740,000 of the total cost of the improvements. The railroad will cover the local share of $317,000.
