Lisa Schumacher and Melanie Miller of the Tioga County Public Health Department were guests on the WEBO Morning Show Wednesday to discuss the county’s Medical Reserve Corps. The group of medical professionals and non-medical volunteers receives training to respond to emergency situations across the county. An informational meeting on the MRC will be held at 6pm on Thursday, March 9 in the Health and Human Services Building on Route 38 in Owego. Listen to their full interview below.
