More locations are open today offering free summer meals to children in Tioga County. Joining those that were already offering breakfast, lunch, or both are the Apalachin Elementary School, Berkshire Free Library and the Richford Town Hall. The full list of locations is available online at www.feedtioga.org. The Summer Meals Program is coordinated by the Tioga County Anti-Hunger Task Force.
