Tioga County deputies report the recent arrest of 26-year-old Tyler Walter of Newark Valley. He was charged with 2nd degree harassment and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. These charges resulted from an investigation of a disturbance. Walter was arraigned and initially remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond. He’ll return to court on Tuesday.
