Sayre Borough police arrested another Tioga County man when they charged 21-year-old Andrew Rogers of Nichols with theft by unlawful taking. Police say that back in early March, Rogers removed a Taurus 9-millimeter handgun from a truck parked in a driveway on South Higgins Avenue. Rogers then allegedly gave the gun to another person to dispose of it, according to police. He was sent to the Bradford County jail on $10,000 bail.
