Tioga Downs Chairman Jeff Gural has made a $15,000 donation to the Community Care Network of Nichols. The organization had a cut in state funds and needed 415,000 to remain open. The Community Care Network provides health care information, as well as transportation for the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill.
