This past Saturday, the New York State Police learned that a Bradford County man violated the terms of his house arrest. 20-year-old James Coyne, of Waverly, PA, had apparently stolen a 2012 Ford Fusion and left it at a boat launch on River Road in the Town of Nichols. On Sunday afternoon, Coyne was located, arrested, and charged with felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, two counts of Grand Larceny, and misdemeanor Petit Larceny. Coyne was arrested after a short foot chase. He was arraigned in the town of Nichols Court and was remanded to the Tioga County Jail with no bail set.
