The Owego Police department responded to a business on North Avenue Saturday morning. Around 7 AM a suspect was allegedly smashing machines inside the laundromat. 35-year-old Charles White of Owego was arrested on felony Burglary charges. He had a crowbar, cash, and other items from the business. He was arraigned in Village of Owego court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $25,000 bail. The New York State Police assisted OPD in the arrest.
