The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce has selected Artisan’s Townhouse in Owego as this month’s “Spotlight Business.” For more than 25 years, the custom frame shop has provided high quality, professional framing to artists, businesses and individuals. The shop also carries a fine assortment of art supplies and other unique gifts. Artisan’s Townhouse is open Monday through Saturday at 42 Lake Street in Owego.
