An Owego woman has been accused of stealing more than $20,000 in cash from her employer. The Owego Police Department arrested 28-year-old Katelyn Miller, Friday on charges that she stole $21,500 in cash from her employer, Ben Weitsman & Son on Main Street in Owego. Miller is now facing felony charges for grand larceny and tampering with evidence along with a misdemeanor count of conspiracy. Her boyfriend, 35-year-old Brooks York, was arrested Saturday and charged with criminal possession of stolen property and also tampering with evidence. Both were sent to the Tioga County Jail after arraignment in village court.
