The body of Captain Porcari returned to Owego this morning from Wilson Hospital, escorted by the Owego Fire Department to Estey Munroe and Fahey funeral home. Fire Chief Ed Franz said last night that he believes calling hours will take place on Saturday, with the funeral to follow on Sunday. Official arrangements are anticipated to be released sometime today. We’ll keep you posted on those details.
