Construction work begins today at Exit 64 in Owego, off of State Route 17. The westbound exit and entrance closed this morning. Construction work will replace the bridge deck over Route 17 between the exit and Route 434 on Lackawanna Avenue. It is anticipated that the work will take two weeks. The eastbound on and off ramps at exit 64 are unaffected.
