The Tioga County Legislature will be holding a special meeting this afternoon to decided whether or not to cosign a grant application, which, if the grant were to be awarded, would be used to cover the initial costs of dissolving the Owego Police Department into the County Sheriff’s Office. The meeting will be held at 1pm today in the Hubbard Auditorium of the Tioga County Office Building. The public is welcome to attend.
