Lockheed Martin has released details about cuts being made at its plants in Salina and Owego. Between the two, 139 positions will be cut. A company spokesman says 114 employees from the Salina plant and 25 workers from the Owego plant will lose their jobs. The layoffs are part of 367 jobs being cut company wide. Most of the employees will be let go on the 15th.
