An Owego teen that was reported missing by his family, has been located safe and sound. 18-year-old Michael Stilson left his home on January 3rd for a trip to Oneonta, but his family received a phone call on January 8th stating that Michael had not arrived to his destination. Michael’s family now tells News Radio WEBO that he has been located, and that all is well. No further details were provided.
