An Owego Apalachin Middle School teacher is being recognized with a regional award. Nathan Brown has been recognized as New York State Technology Engineering Educator’s Association’s regional teacher of the year. Brown received this award based on his application of state and national curricula in the classroom, unique and effective teaching techniques, as well as his own growth as an educator. Brown will receive his official award at a special recognition ceremony in the Spring.
