The Owego-Apalachin Central School District will demolish their former Administration Building at 36 Talcott Street next month. All Around Excavating of Johnson City won the bid to demolish the building, which was destroyed in the Flood of 2011. They are planning to begin and finish demolition of the building during the month of November. All Around Excavating’s winning bid was for a total cost of $126,249. The demolition will include asbestos abatement, and will be paid for by FEMA.
