Tonight is the public information meeting for the Main Street/North Avenue intersection pavement marking changes for operational improvement. The meeting will take place at the Tioga Opportunities Building on Sheldon Guile Boulevard in Owego at 6:30. It will begin with an open house format, where department representatives will be available to discuss the project with citizens and public officials in an informal setting. A formal presentation will begin at 7 followed by a question and answer session.
