The Owego Elks are holding a free meal for area veterans this Sunday from 3pm until 6pm. The meal includes manicotti, homemade meatballs, salad, and various fixings. A DJ will provide entertainment throughout the evening as well. Registration is not necessary, however, supplies are limited. The Owego Elks Lodge is located at 223 Front Street in Owego.
