State Senator Fred Akshar and Town of Owego Supervisor Don Castellucci will announce state funding to help convert 529 light fixtures in the Town of Owego to LED this afternoon. This improvement will save taxpayers an estimated $64,008 annually.The event will take place on Glann Road in Apalachin at 3:30.
