The Owego Town Clerk’s office will not be able to issue any computer generated licenses or receipts today while a new computer server is installed. Water and Sewer Payments accompanied by the invoice will be accepted. The computer system should be up and running by noon. You may want to call before arriving to check on the status. Questions other than when the system is operational should be directed to the Supervisor’s office.
