Town of Owego supervisor Donald Castellucci Jr, would like to thank both sponsors and donors in our area’s most recent blood drive. Over 50 potential donors were attracted, and a total of 47 units of blood were collected. The event also raised a total of $45 which is being donated to the Tioga County Rural Ministry’s food pantry.
