An Owego woman has been charged in connection to a hit-and-run accident last week. 24-year-old Kayla Johnson is said to have rear-ended another vehicle stopped for a traffic light at the intersection of Pennsylvania Avenue and Route 434 in Owego. Johnson had her baby in the car at the time of the accident. She is also said to have been intoxicated when the accident occurred. Johnson has since been arraigned in the Town of Owego Court and sent to the Tioga County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.
