An Owego woman has been charged with assault in a stabbing incident. 21-year-old Kayla Johnson of Route 434 was arrested on December 28th by the Tioga County Sheriff’s office. She was accused of stabbing another person in the arm during a disturbance. Johnson was arraigned in the Town of Owego Court and sent to the Tioga County jail on $1,000 bail.
