The Owego Dog Owners Group is moving forward with plans to build the Rebecca Weitsman Memorial Dog Park in Hickories Park. The Town approved the project and
Upstate Shredding owner Adam Weitsman and his wife Kim are donating funds for the construction in honor of his late sister Becky. The 3 acre park will be split it into two sections for large and small dogs. The Owego Dog Owners Group is currently reviewing bids for the work which they hope will be completed in the first half of next year.
