The River Rose Cafe inside the Hand of Man in Owego will reopen Saturday. The cafe was closed for a few months, but will now reopen and welcome back Becky Blair. All of her delicious soups, sandwiches, and baked goods return to the River Rose Cafe. They have tweaked the old menu with some new items. The River Rose Cafe will be open from 10:30-3:30 Tuesday-Saturday. Hand of Man owner Pat Hansen and Becky were special guests on the WEBO Morning Show Friday. You can hear the full interview below.
