Westbound drivers on State Route 17 on Wednesday saw traffic delays in the afternoon. Motorists were diverted off of Route 17 and onto Route 434 after an accident involving an oversized tractor-trailer took place near Exit 65. The truck reportedly hit the median on the highway. No other cars were involved in the accident and the driver of the tractor trailer was not believed to be injured.
