New York State Police are investigating a crash that took place in Elmira involving a Town of Owego truck. The crash reportedly took place Monday morning at the corner of Clemens Center Parkway and West Miller Street. The crash involved the Town of Owego truck and another car. Two ambulances were called to the scene and left, although it’s not clear if anyone was inside the ambulances when they departed. State Police are inspecting the truck. Clemens Center Parkway northbound was redirected while West Miller was shut down in both directions. The investigation is ongoing.
