The Tioga County Rural Ministry will hold their annual Spring Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 8. High school and college students will help seniors in Owego and Apalachin with yardwork, indoor cleaning, washing windows, or anything else they need. Any seniors in Owego and Apalachin that would like to participate can call Sister Mary at the Rural Ministry at 687-3021 to get on the list. The spring cleanup will run from 10am to 4pm on April 8.
